There it is. My goal for the Baltimore Marathon. 3 hours, 45 minutes.

That’s all I have to say about that … for now.

Congrats on putting that out there! Having a specific goal really helps focus your training. You can do this!

Thanks Jeremy. I have found in the past month that the specific goals helped with the other races. In my other training cycles, my marathon goals were too generic.
