A couple of weeks ago I wrote about needing to become a morning runner. Since that post, I’ve had some tremendous success with getting up and running about 4 miles. Surprisingly it hasn’t been too difficult. I have to do it and my post left no room for excuses.

The video was completely necessary.

Glad the morning running is working out. It worked for me for a week and stopped. I think in the summer you'll be even happier that you became a morning runner.

While I'm running this afternoon, I am a morning runner by heart. Love heading out in the wee hours…

Fitz, I'm really seeing the benefits to getting up and running. At the very least, seeing the sun start to come up is worth it.
