Making the Commitment: Weigh-in No. 2

As I slowly say good-bye to meat for a while, and when I have a weekend like last weekend with a bunch of cow involved and very little exercise, I don’t expect my weight to change too much.

This week was 188.6, a mere 0.2 drop from last week. Rounding it off, it’s the same weight as last week. But hey, a loss is a loss, although that could simply be a pair of underwear or something.

A loss is a loss. I am in the same boat as you 2.2 lb week 1 and a tiny tiny decrease week 2 - sigh!

Remember, it's hard to gauge weight-loss as a runner because you convert so much fat to muscle mass! I lost 30lbs last year, but after training for my half marathon had gained another 5 back, from muscle! Don't stress too much about the scale- you are getting STRONG :)

It all adds up in the end.
