Making the commitment: Weigh-in No. 5

This was my idea to post my weight every week … but like the other weeks I don’t have much to say as my weight has pretty much stayed the same. This week was 189 as I said good-bye to meat last weekend. As I change my diet for a few weeks and beyond, I’ll start concentrating on this more.

For now, I’d rather you watch the video I posted yesterday.
